We understand that unplanned circumstances and emergencies are part of life.

If an emergency or an injury arises, we will always be fair and do what is best for you and your family.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our refund policy. Our coaches and staff are hired based on the number of paid registrations. Also, we have a limited amount of space available and canceling may take away the opportunity for another athlete to participate.

JUNE CAMP

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

​

• If you cancel prior to June 1, 2024, you will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method (PayPal), less a $16 payment processing fee for each session cancelled.

​

• If you cancel between June 2 and June 8, 2024, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment to the original payment method (PayPal), less a $16 payment processing fee for each session cancelled.

• If you cancel after June 8, 2024, no refund will be provided.
