If an emergency or an injury arises, we will always be fair and do what is best
for you and your family.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our refund policy. Our coaches and staff are hired based on the number of paid registrations. Also, we have a limited amount of space available and canceling may take away the opportunity for another athlete to participate.

1) If you cancel by May 15, 2025, you will receive a full refund of your payment
less a 5% payment processing fee.
